EU shipping 3-10 business days €4.95

CH,IE,SE,FI,NO,DK 5-15 business days €5.95

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery estimates are provided based on the shipping option selected at checkout. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially outside US and Europe

3. Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we are limited in how we can assist.

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make any changes to the address.

If the Package Is Undeliverable
If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to us by the carrier, we will offer to reship it to the correct address. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping costs.

If the Package Is Delivered to the Wrong Address
If the package is delivered to the incorrect address provided and is not returned to us, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. We recommend that the customer contacts the resident at that address to retrieve the package.

How to Avoid This
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee address changes after the order is placed, we will do our best to assist if the package hasn’t been shipped yet.

4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • VinylVibes ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages

  • VinylVibes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
